Atlantis successfully executed the ARTAR Development exhibition booth at Cityscape Global 2024 in Riyadh in collaboration with DNA Architects. The project combined bespoke furniture, custom joinery, advanced digital technology, and premium architectural fit-out to create an immersive exhibition space that showcased ARTAR’s brand identity and enhanced visitor engagement.

Atlantis successfully executed the ARTAR Development exhibition booth at Cityscape Global 2024 in Riyadh — in collaboration with DNA Architects as design partner — delivering a 400 m² premium exhibition environment that established ARTAR as one of the landmark presences at Saudi Arabia's most prominent real estate exhibition. The scope combined bespoke furniture manufacturing, custom joinery and display systems, advanced digital technology integration, and high-quality architectural fit-out — unified under a single execution scope that transformed DNA Architects' design vision into a fully operational, visitor-ready exhibition space within the demanding timeline and logistical constraints of a live exhibition environment.

Project Overview

ARTAR Development — Cityscape Global 2024 Exhibition Booth

Client:ARTAR Development

Design Partner:DNA Architects

Location:Cityscape Global 2024 — Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Executor:Atlantis

Booth Area:Approximately 400 m²

Scope:Exhibition Booth Design Execution | Custom Manufacturing | Advanced Technology Integration | Fit-Out

Signature Feature:5-Meter-High Curved LED Screen Structure | Interactive Digital Floor Experience

Exhibition Booth Concept

The ARTAR booth at Cityscape Global 2024 was conceived as a brand environment rather than a conventional exhibition stand — a physical manifestation of ARTAR Development's identity, vision, and portfolio ambition. Within the competitive, high-density floor plan of Cityscape Global, the booth needed to command immediate visual attention from distance, draw visitors in through an immersive entry experience, and then hold their engagement through a sequence of curated brand and product moments.

The signature 5-meter-high curved LED screen served as the booth's dominant visual anchor — visible across the exhibition floor and used to showcase ARTAR's developments through high-impact cinematic content. The interactive digital floor experience transformed the visitor's physical movement through the space into a discovery journey — with content responding to visitor presence and creating a memorable, shareable experience. Custom luxury furniture defined the consultation and hospitality zones, ensuring that client meetings within the booth reflected the same quality standard as ARTAR's developments themselves.

 Execution Challenges & Atlantis Solutions

Challenge 1: Fabrication & Installation of the 5-Meter Curved LED Screen Structure

A 5-meter-high curved LED screen structure is one of the most technically demanding elements in exhibition construction — requiring a structural steel support system engineered to carry the weight and wind loading of the LED panels, precise curvature fabrication to achieve the designed visual effect, and seamless integration of the LED display system, power distribution, and media playback technology within the structure itself.

Solution: Atlantis engineered and fabricated a custom structural steel support framework specifically designed for the curved LED screen geometry — with curvature tolerance controlled to match the LED panel manufacturer's specifications. The structure was pre-assembled and load-tested in the workshop before transport to the Cityscape venue. On-site erection was coordinated with the LED display installation team to ensure precise panel alignment, structural stability, and integrated cabling — achieving the designed curved visual form and full display functionality within the exhibition build schedule.

Challenge 2: Interactive Digital Floor Integration

An interactive digital floor experience requires precise integration of projection or LED floor technology with sensor systems that detect visitor presence and trigger content responses — all installed flush with the exhibition floor level, durable enough to withstand continuous foot traffic, and seamlessly integrated with the booth's overall digital content ecosystem.

Solution: Atlantis coordinated the digital floor installation in direct collaboration with the technology integration specialists — managing the structural preparation of the floor zone, the sensor installation layout, and the content integration workflow. The floor surface was finished to the required standard to serve as both a functional walkable surface and a high-quality projection or display substrate. Content synchronization between the interactive floor, the LED screen, and the booth's broader audiovisual system was tested and commissioned before the exhibition opened.

Challenge 3: Delivering a 400 m² Premium Build Within Exhibition Timelines

Cityscape Global imposes strictly controlled build-up and breakdown schedules — all exhibitors must complete installation within the allocated build period before the exhibition opens. Delivering a 400 m² premium booth with complex structural elements, advanced digital technology, bespoke furniture, and high-specification finishes within this window requires meticulous pre-planning, off-site pre-fabrication, and a highly coordinated on-site installation team.

Solution: Atlantis front-loaded as much work as possible into off-site pre-fabrication — with the LED screen structure, all joinery elements, custom furniture, and pre-finished panels manufactured and fully assembled in the workshop before the build window opened. An on-site installation programme was prepared with hour-by-hour sequencing for the build period. Multiple specialist teams (structure, joinery, furniture, technology, lighting, and finishing) worked in coordinated parallel sequences to maximize the use of the available build time and deliver the completed booth on schedule.

Challenge 4: Coordinating Architecture, Technology & Branding as a Unified Experience

An exhibition booth of this complexity — combining structural architecture, LED display technology, interactive floor systems, custom furniture, lighting design, and brand identity elements — can easily feel fragmented if the different systems and trades are not integrated with a single overarching design intent. The visitor experience must read as one cohesive brand environment, not a collection of separate elements.

Solution: Atlantis worked in close ongoing coordination with DNA Architects throughout the build process — using the approved design drawings as the governing reference for every execution decision. Regular site coordination sessions between the Atlantis execution team, the technology integrators, and the DNA Architects design team ensured that deviations from the design intent were identified and resolved immediately. All technology integration points — LED screen position, interactive floor zone, lighting positions, and AV system — were pre-marked on the construction drawings before build-up commenced, preventing spatial conflicts between trades during the compressed build window.
