A show unit carries the weight of the entire sales programme. Buyers do not remember the specification sheet — they remember how the space made them feel for ninety seconds.
Material authenticity matters more than cost. A real stone threshold, a properly detailed reveal, lighting that flatters the finish — these read as quality even to buyers who could not name why.
We design the show unit as a sequence: the approach, the entry, the moment the room opens. Each decision is in service of a single outcome — the buyer picturing their own life inside it.
